3.2 Age Verification

Participation is restricted to individuals who have reached the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction of residence. Players bear full responsibility for compliance with applicable local age requirements. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that fail to meet this condition.

4. Accepted Currencies

5. Taxes and Fees

Players are solely responsible for declaring and settling any taxes or levies on their winnings in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction. Where a deposit has been made without subsequent wagering activity, we reserve the right to deduct applicable processing charges upon withdrawal.

6. Game Rules

Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules, payout structures, and gameplay mechanics of all titles available on the platform before placing wagers. Queenwin accepts no liability for losses that result from a player’s insufficient understanding of a game’s terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, and we bear no liability for losses sustained during gameplay. Whilst we maintain robust security measures, we cannot be held responsible for unauthorised third-party access that falls outside our reasonable control. No liability is accepted for technical disruptions — including software or hardware failures, connectivity issues, or other service outages — that may interfere with gameplay.

8. Player Accounts

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in their termination and the forfeiture of associated funds. Account credentials must not be shared with or passed to any third party.

The use of VPNs or similar tools is strictly prohibited. Where an IP overlap between multiple accounts is identified, we reserve the right to restrict or close the affected accounts without the possibility of appeal.

We may request verification documents at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or financial records. Failure to provide accurate and verifiable documentation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

9. Anti-Fraud Policy

We enforce strict fraud prevention procedures and may carry out identity checks prior to processing any withdrawal. The following conduct will result in account termination, bonus forfeiture, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant authorities: chargebacks or use of stolen payment methods; opening multiple accounts to exploit promotions; submitting false registration details or forged documents; game manipulation or collusion; and low-risk roulette strategies covering 25 or more of the 37 available numbers.

Any software errors or glitches must be reported to our support team without delay. Exploiting such errors may result in liability for damages incurred. The use of opt-in Replace-by-Fee (RBF) Bitcoin transactions is prohibited and may lead to account closure.

In keeping with anti-money laundering obligations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. Where enhanced verification is required, we may conduct a video call during which the player presents their identity documents. Standard reviews are completed within 24 hours; more complex cases may take up to 14 business days.

10. Deposits

The minimum deposit is £10 / €20 / $20, or the equivalent in the player’s chosen currency. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player’s own name. Third-party deposits may be reversed, and funds lost in such circumstances will not be reimbursed. Players should contact our support team to confirm the payment methods available in their region.

11. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is £20 / €20 / $20, or the currency equivalent. Standard limits are set at £5,000 / €5,000 per week and £20,000 / €20,000 / $20,000 per month, with higher thresholds available to high-value depositors. Progressive jackpot winnings are disbursed in full, regardless of these limits. Queenwin reserves the right to carry out verification checks before processing withdrawals and may place temporary holds on transactions where discrepancies are found.

12. Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to close such accounts and retain any remaining balance. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account may do so by contacting our customer support team.

13. Responsible Gambling

Queenwin actively monitors player behaviour for signs of problem gambling. Where concerning patterns are identified — such as prolonged session times, unusually frequent deposits, or repeated requests to raise betting limits — we may impose account restrictions or temporary suspensions to promote responsible gaming.
